- We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED products if we receive your product return request within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. COD returns will not be accepted. To return a product that you purchased from David E.White.com, request a return merchandise authorization. If you send us a message via our Contact Us page, it should include:
1. Your full name2. A valid email address3. Your shipping address and telephone number4. Your David E. White order number5. A description of the item or items you would like to return.We will email you a return shipping authorization number that is to be placed on the outside of returned parcel. Please include a copy of your David E. White Ltd. sales receipt with the item being returned. We regret that we do not refund our original shipping costs with the return. Return Refunds We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 15 days. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser's credit card. It takes up to 15 business days to process the return and refund. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
