We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that effect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.
No Liability for Non-delivery Due to Customer Absence
If you or your designated recipient are not home to accept your parcel, and the driver cannot locate a secure drop point for it, he or she may make up to two additional attempts to deliver your goods. We are not responsible if you or your designated recipient are absent during any of these delivery attempts and, as a result, our shipper returns the package to us as undeliverable. In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods. If you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges our shipper applies for its repeated delivery attempts and return delivery service.
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same business day or before noon on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by noon on Monday.

Returns & Replacements
We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED products if we receive your product return request within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. COD returns will not be accepted. To return a product that you purchased from David E.White.com, request a return merchandise authorization. If you send us a message via our Contact Us page, it should include:
1. Your full name
2. A valid email address
3. Your shipping address and telephone number
4. Your David E. White order number
5. A description of the item or items you would like to return.
We will email you a return shipping authorization number that is to be placed on the outside of returned parcel. Please include a copy of your David E. White Ltd. sales receipt with the item being returned. We regret that we do not refund our original shipping costs with the return.
Return Refunds We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 15 days. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser's credit card. It takes up to 15 business days to process the return and refund. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for returned products.
